Id only use foremans up against other rogues. The expertise wont benefit us much anymore because our main damage is specials. Also we don't have gouge anymore...

Curley... Foremans are 100% useless to rogues. Gogue was the only attack that should have ever been used from the front. Now that we don't have that, a rogue should never have his attacks be dodged or his movement is poor.

If you can't you simply don't have "top notch" movement. As for lame things being said on these forums, going for burst and telling people to go for max damage on the opener is very lame considering everyones HP, their resil and oh yeah 1 holy shock will out heal the damage you do on the opener. How do you expect to drop a FC? Burst him? When he's getting lazily healed to full every few seconds what do you do then? Burst him harder? No, you gear for sustained dps and survivability so you can be an asset to your team by locking heals. In fact rogues should typically be on defense with their somewhat impaired movement. Depends on if you're specced into subterfuge or nightstalker.
