It's early on but overall it seems better in my opinion. There is going to be Overpowered classes still but I think it is going in the right direction. Blizzard will eventually nerf stuff at the beginning of the expansion if needed, then they'll most likely neglect further change..
 
These changes could go either way. It depends of how and when they implment them. Remember theres still many more patches b4 this gets released.

what I'm saying is that it seems that rogues will go back to being underpowered. just because I've noticed shadowsteps level was raised up a lot. But idk, like people have been saying, there's still a lot of time left until the changes will be set in stone. But as for warlocks, I am actually very pleased to see their hopeful boost in survival.
