Minor Wizard Oil Level 15 req

Saw this on one of my level 9 chanters, and confirmed with another. NOT a tooltip bug. Unusable by the same level 9s.

Older versions don't show the req, and maybe gf'd, which may be important for lvl 3-10s.. IIRC was level 3.
Minor mana oil shows level 10 req. idk if that's change but seems normal.

Anyone seen this as intentional change? Or reported as a bug? The chanter skill level is/was...45?

AFAIK, on any of my higher level characters - the level requirement does not appear until you’re too low for the item.

Ex boe armor has no level requirement for lv 50. But when linked to 20 it shows the required level

This is known and there is a superior Oil that has a hidden iLvL req of iirc 24.

My level 10 couldnt use any minor wizard oil that were "crafted" by my "high" level toons. I craft them with another level 10 and can use them.

I'm not Sub'd atm so I can't log in and check which one it is but I can guarantee there is a superior Oil to what the OP found, that is Craftable by a higher Level Toon and usable at 10 as long as you have an iLvL 24+ Weapon, even Ranged for Hunters as it gives Crit also iirc.

That said, I think it's a GF'd Pattern from either Vanilla or TBC that most don't have.
