Any knows if the rank 4 toughness works @ 19?

I'm not asking if you are able to learn past 225 but just if you get the benefit working at higher ranks

yea idk specificly but aparently for things like that and anatomy from skinning etc even if u can learn higher the actual passive it grants is level required

So if I level mining up from rank 3 to 4, I don't get the 10 stamina or what ever the amount? And if I do will rank 3 still be active?

Nvm, Im seeing the level req now. Didnt expect a level req for ranks. I thought they just blocked buying

The jump gives direction and power and he saw the goaly was far away from the goal. Descisions in a split of a seccond. A world goal

Thanks for sharing this top-secret with us. Not sure why you would even call it top-secret when nobody can get it unless you did it ages ago and didn't change your max herbs after blizz changed it. There is no way to get it now which doesn't make this some top-secret thing to get
