we still have to wait another 4 hours before the event starts

We can get a fancy crown if we cap all 4 enemy bonfires located in each major city

You can get the midsummer set for mog: head, shoulder, robe and sandals since they became cosmetic. It's only mogable on the char you have the items on though.

but like you said, for the set it's character only

There is a "Guide" that makes it easy for low levels to cap all 4 flames.
Just Queue for bg, die, run to fire and get into bg.
Once you get out of bg, you will be alive at the place you entered the bg.

On a second note, if you wear the midsummer pieces and then mog it on that char, you can mog it on your other chars.

Achievements, toys, tmogs, pets but no title.
Also no gear. It's 60+.
You can however get some food buffs.

I wish they let us do Ahune, like they let us (And I missed >.<) do the Love is In The Air bosses. Though, makes sense....Ahune isn't in a dungeon we can already do. xD

Yea, that was the speculation during Love Is In The Air. Some of us (myself included) were really optimistic that Blizz would allow us to enter the instances on these specific holidays. Doesnt seem to be the case
