Making a 39 Warrior Twink

Hello, before anyone replies and says "Dont make a warrior" Im pretty set on the fact of doing it.



I just need some gear advice. My plan for weapons is already to use.



Ardents Custodian x2



One with crusader.

Other with either a Icy Chill, or Mongoose.



But what about my other gear? List the best, some intermediate. And some lows.

You should really reconsider your weapons, Nightblade is the best bet. Warriors are pretty easy to gear, just grab all the Scarlet gear, and Nightblade, and start pwning

Ill take this into consideration.



If i were to start playing on NF, would my gear be cheaper opposing to other servers because theres alot of twinkers there?
 
Possibly, really determines on how lucky you get. I've found some great deals in every battlegroup, regardless of twink population. One thing you'd definitely save on is repair costs, since you'd be sitting in queue most of the day.

39 warriors really aren't that bad





good weapons:

BaR (boa, need an 80 to grind the marks)

Lumbering ogre axe (cheap, good weapon)

Pendulum of Doom (best weapon, rare though...often very expensive)



there are other weapons like Bonebiter and Nightblade but they swing too fast for a warrior IMO.



not sure on which 1h weapons would be best for a warrior but i do know that most warriors are 2h arms.

probably not. supply and demand...if the demand is high, supply price will be typically higher.
 
Don't use Nightblade, or people will rightfully laugh at you



Use BoA axe or LoA if you can't get your hands on a PoD

welcome to the forum. pls go on and read a lil. maybe war, maybe ret threads. then go to chardev.org and make your own first setup. after that you can come back, post it + additional gear list and ask for suggestions.



do not expect others to do your work.



besides this anyone that wants to help needs more information. nowadays it is at least the faction, access to BoA and the prefered talent setup for every class.

is an example, but possibly does not fit your needs at all.

fury is an inferior talent build + ardents are really bad weapon choices.

Pretty much, at least get ZF mallet and wsg sword, double crusader imo if you're gonna duel wield

Second off, I never said that, the reason to why i picked these weapons was because i saw a twink using them earlier. He was going damn good.
 
pls make at least a decision on faction (race if you wish to get extra tips) and tell us if you really have access to BoA gear.



next thing on the list is to read some info on arms vs fury.

short: fury is inferior at this bracket. DW arms is pointless.



and pls stop talkin about these ardents!

sorry, you have absolutely no clue of 39 warrys...why dont you take the advices you get as a constructive critique. the spec you posted IS bad. there is no need to cover the truth in pink gift wrap.

Either a 2h weapon with 6% more damage from talents.

or

2x 1h maces. Getting -15% ignore defence on your enemie?
 
arms is not the talent tree to look for if goin 1H.



will you have access to bind on account items?

is your decision on going 1H dual weild fixed?

2Handed arms has burst, bleeds, and a skilled 2handed arms warrior will run circles around even the best DW Fury warrior.



that goes for a fight between the two, or a general ranking of performance over the course of a BG or arena.



the 15 defense is minor and not worth getting even for a prot set. at your best as fury you would want a Mallet of ZF because it has better stats and higher damage with a slower speed (which means more burst on each swing) for your main hand and what is typically accepted as a good offhand the WSG sword. Crusader on both or sader on main and 20str on off.



As fury you're going to get raped by rogues even harder than normal (all warriors have this issue at 39), you will have less damage, and really only be worth while against a caster. But then arms already does that while also being strong vs other classes too.



Do what you want with your gear/spec.



Also, dont get touchy whenever you pop into a twink forum and post a spec/gear suggestion that is terrible and have people tell you that. Nobody here wants to be mean, but the idea of a fury warrior (lol) running around with 2 terrible weapons (lolol) is something that the twink community does not need.







As a final note, the search function works fucking wonders when looking for information. That or google.
 
If you want to be competetive in this bracket as a warrior you pretty much have to either use a 2hander or a 1hander + shield.



The imp mace spec is fairly worthless, so what if your ignoring ~200 of my 1000 armor or whatever how much I have its in no way going to make the fight any easier for you.



And maybe the kid you say with ardents was farming lowbies or had a solid healer? Because tbh dual wielding warriors get disarmed and shut down so fast its boring.



I was not disrespecting you earlier, I was just trying to inform you. I play a 39 warrior as well as my rogue so I know how to gear/spec them decently.

play a 39 warry <-> have decent information/know how to apply them

i can see no real correlation (someone in here proofs that).
