It's vastly different as lvl 20s exist in the 20-29 bracket.

At nights i normally play 3-5 games against other premades. Sometimes during the day and it's normally against turtle gang but still fun

That is what happens when a few people in 19's continue to segregate an entire bracket away from everyone else.
People /wave or whisper me quite often when I am on one my 20-29's.
If and when I do play a 19 not so much. The 10-19 bracket did it to themselves to be quite truthful. Years and years of self righteous and hostile people will do that to a bracket. Where as other brackets have been more welcoming to new and upcoming people even though they had less infrastructure than the 10-19's.

The terrible thing is that many people, if not all, probably play in more than that single bracket, I know I do.

19s bread and butter since Wrath has been competition. The community was welcoming if you show you have any level of intelligence and earn your stripes.

STARTER was a great example of that. I was the only person on that team who had played a lot of 19s and STARTER had a hell of a lot of support from within the 19 community, because our team SHOWED we were willing to put in the hours to get better.

If you wanted to just queue up and not pay attention in games and couldn't make reasonae decisions during those games, no one wanted you around because we were there to win.

There is no denying that the 10-19 bracket more hostile to newcomers than the other brackets. If it weren't for deep pockets(virtual and IRL) a few people and the time invested by a few dedicated individuals, 10-19's would have gone the way of the do-do. Other brackets simply have a larger population.

they started playing due to twink cup = to compete = what the 19s bracket has been all about for a hwile now..?
newcomers who dont want to get better/listen or care about the more experienced twonks wont have a great time, for obvious reason

I started playing 19s before tc 2015 and it ended up pretty well for me, and im not the only one

20-29 has been the most active bracket since F2P came along. Why? Because the bracket offers free to play twinking.

When you say "Other brackets" you're (hopefully) not refering to 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 etc. Because those brackets do not exist.

Now for the 100-109 bracket, these brackets has always been popular due to the fact that players can use their end-game char from last xpac for Twinking.
And for the 70-79 bracket, that bracket WAS active due to Rated Arenas being a thing.

So to draw a conclusion of all of this; 19s never offered anything but Competitive Twinking. That's why the Bracket existed in the first place. Now that Competitive Twinking is gone, the bracket is gone aswell.
