Main stat > everything?

Should I go for main stat over everything?

I'm mainly confused on my rings.

I have a ring timewarped ilvl 5 stam / 12 crit / 6 haste
or a ilvl 30 shadowlands rings with 2 sockets / 3 stam / 4 crit / 6 vers

So would the +6 str make the ilvl 30 ring better or would keeping 12 crit be better since that's a lot of crit at level 11.

Also how important is hitting the 23.5% haste? Also should i aim for 23.5% crit or is there no cap on that?

Thanks

I too am still new to this. For example my warrior has 142 STR because once I speed capped everything else went to +3 STR gems. STR being my main stat.
BUT, my haste is only 16% when the goal is 23%.

There is an addon called dejacharacterstats that has been recommended in other threads, I have it, and it tells me I am gemmed poorly, just havent had a ton of time to play around with it.

Edit: Someone reported my name so I had to change it, the above link no longer works

I'm new at twinking as well, but from what I've gathered for fury warrior you want to prio 23% haste, then do strength, with the conversion rate being about 1 strength = 2 haste = 3 crit/vers
