Magician's Mantle

I've been trying to get the Magician's Mantle shoulders for a while now on my balance druid but I'm not sure what chests are the best to farm for these. Anyone who already has them can perhaps lead me in the right way?

Are you Voidwalker the warlock? I saw him somewhere I think.

OT: Ashenvale is the most talked about place from what I've seen, there's a thread somewhere with a rather wonderful map someone has put together showering where all the chests are. Can't find it right this second but maybe you'll have better luck, maybe try using the forum search feature (As I had not done that)

Ashenvale is probably going to get you the most chests, but be aware that it's going to take a decent amount of time doing a run there--it's a large zone and there are lots of chest locations. When I did a lot of chest farming I did it in Wetlands, as per this guide here: rarely will it take more than 10-15 minutes to do a run, and you'll usually find a chest. There's less possibility for reward than in Ashenvale or even in Duskwood, but it's far less time-consuming.

Or since you got MM you can give chest farming a rest for a little and let everyone else give it a shot? Sounds good to me

Ive never had a problem getting mantle. 1 chest on Shft, 3 for old Shft, maybe 7 for my random priest i never finished, like 25 max for vpack, about 30 for winter, and havent found one on my new priest

I want to say MM 1st chest is more likely, there arent that many items as opposed to like 2% drop chance

The MM droprate isn't known for certain, but is thought to be about 5%, vs 1% for a foreman item.

Though I'd say chest farming is far more difficult overall, since there's so much competition.
