I have tried looking about, but i can't seem to find anything specific on level 14 chars.

I'd love it if somebody could create a chardev for a 14 warlock for me, or list some helpful items you think i'll need to know about!

also, on a side-note, would the level 14 shield of blocking (3str + 5block rating) be scaled down too significantly to be considered good? I have one in my bank, considering leveling a 14 but i'm not sure about how it scales.

About the scaling, the scaling with decrease significantly than a level 10s/1s so shield of blocking works a lot better a a level 10.
