Lvl 20 Freezing Band on shattered hand

Had it for years just didnt realize. Looking to sell or trade for whatever cool item. Can't transfer character around though for the trade. Glad it got scaled to 20-29, perfect for vets. Kinda wanna keep it but I don't care much I suppose. PM me on here or comment if interested, maybe we can figure something out. I have 2, I equipped both on a Frost mage on PTR. It's good, I mean its a 5 sec stun that can proc Shatter. The 1% does indeed suck, even at 2% the proc is low. I was just fighting boars though, I'm sure if you are getting pressured you'd get a decent freeze/ice lance off.

Green Whelp armour. Man, I forgot about that, definitely getting it for my bear druid. Would two freezing bands stack btw? Not sure if it is a good idea, but I got one for very cheap, might as well try to get a second one.
