Could you give an example of the quest rewards? Cause I'm not sure what you mean?

And 11 hit rating, why is that so important? Won't I be able to hit anything if I don't have that or..?

After XP locking was introduced we all transferred our twinks / rerolled new twinks on blackout realms.

We actually had WSG's the first 2 months on Creulty/Crueldad, due to people migrating and alot semi-twinks gave up, Gy camping spanish bis twinks, most of us there migrated to blackout. Cruelty/Crueldad still has enough twinks to get games going.. but it seems they are all hiding from me
