LvL 10 Twink Gnomish Engineering vs Goblin Engineering

Ive been working on the pet dungeon unlocks but not familiar with all of them yet so I dont know which choice above is best for toy use teleporting I do have the https://www.wowhead.com/item=151016/fractured-necrolyte-skull and the https://www.wowhead.com/item=131933/critter-hand-cannon so I can port to outland on the fly with that

then again the https://www.wowhead.com/item=40727/gnomish-gravity-well with the https://www.wowhead.com/spell=126392/goblin-glider seems really really solid

but im unsure of the actual crafts if any are useful or not help me decide please

is this doable for f2p lv 20?

i was just about to change to alchemy, almost have all the herbs needed to farm the potions, but i might have to delay that and get mining back,

it looks like huge pain to do so high into clasic and outland eng, so need to be sire its possible

I googled what clvl and skill on classic and on retail to learn gnomish engineering
Classic it appears to need clvl 30 and 200 skill
Retail it seems to only require clvl 20 and 200 skill
Everything else I say will be from a retail perspective

Do note these toys can not be used unless you have the required profession lvl currently in whatever engineering expansion is required so you cant drop engineering if u get these and still use them. I would at least not recommend it. I cannot confirm or deny if you will or will not have brick walls in your lvling of engineering from things being required from other professions to progress or not. Also note I do not play f2p so be sus of what I say maybe someone can correct me if im wrong on something but ill do my best here.

The Gnomish Gravity Well I think you will be good to get if you have mining and engineering just have to go get the lvls and the mats. I see no reason why you cant unless there's something im missing seems to be taught by trainer and made with mats you can obtain with mining stuff learned from a trainer. Correct me if im wrong

The Ultrasafe Transporter: Toshley's Station Im pretty sure you learn this from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=21494/smiles-obyron#outfit. I think you will be able to craft as a f2p if you have mineing and engineering but im unsure if you can do the quest to learn it or not . The hard part is prob gunna be camping the npc https://www.wowhead.com/npc=19575/qiff for the mats but I suppose you could just craft it all yourself . lmk if you can learn it. Not sure if theres rep restrictions or not.

This 1 has a catch you must be friendly with the goblins factions like the 1 in booty bay to even talk to the npc quest giver to learn the recipe to craft the Ultrasafe Transporter: Gadgetzan. I know this because its one of the very few engineering recipes my main doesn't have and the goblins hate me there cuz I started on that achievement insane in the membrane where I make them hate me and make the pirates like me then I have to work my rep back up and I have a long way to go with my goblin rep there. So if they are cool with you should be good there. I cant comment on you being able to do the quest or questline to get it cuz Ive never tried on f2p toon. Most of the mats you should be able to make no problem but there is 1 that will be more difficult and u will have to resort to drop via mob https://www.wowhead.com/item=9060/inlaid-mithril-cylinder. It seems to drop only from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=13601/tinkerer-gizlock in the dungeon https://www.wowhead.com/zone=2100/maraudon im unsure if you can or can not go in there. lmk if you can or not on a lvl 20 id like to know myself now.

Ultrasafe Transporter: Gadgetzan doesn't seem that useful since there is a portal to Caverns of Time in SW
Maraudon is open to level 10s, so Inlaid Mithril Cylinder shouldn't be an issue.

its a nihil drop chance, 0.27% right i might try my chances with fishing for crates in swamp,
Portal gizmo's are my favorite. so even though it doesnt same much time to Gadzetzan, I want it,

Working on outland transporter now, 100s of fel iron ore dont come fast

Wowhead lists 15 locations where it can be fished up (one is listed in the comments). But some of that old fishing info is for sure dated I remember I tried to fish up aquamarine one time and I just gave up cuz I never got a single 1 via fishing. Id suggest go to each spot for a hourish. Then if nothing drops still then resort to the dungeon runs.
 
Everlook transporter is pretty good for F2P because the Alchemist vendor can sell Living Action potions, so one can swap out Alchemy for herbing or mining etc. But the 2 Gnome and 2 Goblin, porters require being at least level 20 and in the specialization. Where a key issue comes in for Classic or Burning Crusade engineer, is that one needs Alchemy for the Arcanite Bar - which requires getting mining to get the Thorium and hope to get the crystals than leveling herbing/alchemy to transmute for the arcanite bars. The arcantie bars is needed for Delicate Arcanite Converter (and if one wants the Voice Modulator neck) which is used to make Zapthrottle Mote Extractor which is useful in Burning Crusade and Northend to mining gas nodes to stock up motes for bank/gold swapping. But engineering should technically be one of the last professions to learn so you tend to be Engineering for the various tinking on cloak and belt, and Alchemy Classic @ 1 for the flask. The flask requires hitting 300 in classic alchemy.
