I didn't send any more appeals, I did mention the ordeal while cancelling my other accounts sub though, but probably has nothing to do with it.

For the first 14 years or so of WoW, GM's were so freaking awesome man. There was almost something mythical about them..

They'd give an awesome RP intro, thank you for being a subscriber and actually help with problems.

It's so sad to see these screenshots from "GM's" now. Blizzard really gave up on customer service around 2019

So why even HAVE xpoff if it's a bannable offense? Sounds like they aren't thinking real clearly about this. I remember making a 19 'twink' rogue for bg's. There were guilds back in the day for 19 twinks for bg's.

Having XP OFF is not a bannable offense.
And there are still guilds for 19s.
