LvL 10 50+ilvl socket availability

Greetings,

I've searched this site for a socket guide on items +50 for level 10s. I've viewed the 10 twinks and notice that some have sockets, mostly in wrist and waist gear. Is there a way to create sockets for 50+gear on a lvl 10, or is it just random warforge upgrade drops?
