Im looking for the swiftness potion recipe on bleeding hollow alliance. Currently only 2 people have the potions on the AH, at a ridiculous price. Im looking to mass make these and hand em out to see a increase of productivity on ally side.

Had the recipe drop twice for me just while striving to obtain the satchel belt for my shaman in just a couple hours. It just a matter of farming it. I am sure the drop rate has been increased.

I get them to drop all the time whenever I make a new Alch and need it... a few dungeon runs or leveling and bam. I don't think they're rare

They used to be. As Ally said, they increased the drop of a lot of things that used to be uncommon and now it's relatively easy to get it just in the course of getting other things. I don't know if the drop rate increase was deliberate or just a byproduct of other changes, but that's definitely the word on the street.
