Looking for Guinea Pig for potentially major exploit.

LEO: I for one appreciate Thirk's posts, as I believe the majority of TI users do. He's actually contributing, whereas all I see you do is troll other people's threads and ask ridiculous questions (that demonstrate how little you know about F2P). Do everyone a favor and stop posting here, as you're giving TI a bad name.

Yeah yeah i know you backup stuff like this as exploiter, ignore the rules and disrespect other people and more but it is not contributing anything, please explain that to me and it seems you dont understand the intentions of my posts and seem trollish to you. But that is your problem, not mine.

Oh look at the likes and replies, just as expected all the exploit fanboys are gathering and backing each other up.

While bringing news of exploits to TI is in fact contributing, I think the real question is whether or not the contribution has a positive effect on the community. Making a thread complaining (read: sympathizing with other f2ps) about 24s is contributing, but what good does that contribution do? One whisper sent to a new f2p directing them to TI doesn't actually involve direct contribution to the TI website, but it does contribute positively to the community.
Personally, I feel that though this could possibly have some negative effect on the community, I doubt it would be very large or even noticed at all. But I must also agree that cheating a business or bashing people for asking questions should not be condoned.

I would consider being able to change names a positive effect

Exploiting GMs (which could possibly get them in trouble) and cheating Blizzard out of $10 simply because you want a name change is positively affecting the TI community?

Lich, The mods don't care, most of the players don't care. Why do you care so much?

I mean, the only negative side effect from IAT's endeavors lately is you being a little bitch about it for your own, self righteous cause. Maybe this place isn't what you thought it was? Maybe you're holding everyone to a higher standard? If other people get banned, who cares? You actually think IAT has the power to ruin this forums reputation on his own, or make blizzard go bankrupt 10$ at a time? You flatter him.

It's not your problem so stop making it your problem.

Here's a thought: A player named himself Eliot a while ago. Earlier this month, people were confusing him with the Eliot from TI and he was getting spammed about it. I helped him change his name and remove the confusion from naming his character Eliot.

Ahem...

Also...

How exactly is it cheating blizzard out of $10 if they don't even allow f2p to pay $10 for a name change.
Yeah, this. Honestly, if we had the ability to name change we WOULD be paying for name changes.

And mods; If this thread also gets off topic, please delete the OT posts instead of closing the thread.

You'd have to pay to activate your account first.
