(I've got them set from in tight for fighting in the tunnel, to zoomed right out making use of the graphics settings console commands, to get a good overview of the the whole battlefield.
and of course:
TAB - cycle through targets (although clicking the abilities on my thumb buttons also auto selects a target in front of me, which helps against that pesky nelf racial they use to drop target lock). I need to look into the console commands that change the range and angle in which this selects targets, so I can side strafe away from people, and better target them in the 180 in front of me, as it isn't always working (backpeddle? *ROFL*, fail kiting).
Mage (Frost CC build. Pre-twink and only 17, so some of the abilities for 18 might be missing, like remove curse *Hates warlocks*, which would be on Clique for click-casting on other targets, and shift-' for self targeted).

(I also use Clique with left-click and shift-middle-click to click cast Healing Wave and Cure Poisons targeted on others. Shift click because it matches similar abilies on other healers I've got, like dispel on my priest.)

With those shift and ctrl modifiers, the huge number of combos of those keys I use for click healing while raiding on a disc priest, and all the TAB-DoTting I do on the hunter, I end up using my little finger quite a bit, to the point it's developed a permanent click from the tendons sliding over the knuckle when I bend it XD
