List: Crossrealm Server Groups and Connected Realms

After a long break due to backend work they will start connecting servers again. For EU the next ones are sceduled for next week. I assume connections for US realms will be announced in the not so distant future.
 
Updated upcoming connections and realm list according to the following changes:

We will be connecting the realms listed below on Thursday, June 12 during a scheduled maintenance beginning at 5 a.m. PDT through approximately 1:00 p.m. PDT. Once maintenance is finished, these realm connections will be complete.

Azuremyst and Staghelm
Drenden and Arathor
Duskwood and Bloodhoof
Nagrand and Caelestrasz

Thanks for aggregating all of this, is there a place where EU players could find this information for themselves?

Alterac Mountains and Balnazzar, Gorgonnash, The Forgotten Coast,and Warsong
Gnomeregan and Moonrunner
 
Have an odd feeling after The Scryers connected today. Saw a bunch of Kirin Tor people at Gurubashi at noon, not sure if Blizz connected realms not listed or if it was just a random occurrence.

Basically useful for knowing the amount of people you will meet in stv, gurubashi arena, while chest farming, on dmf and what other f2p communities might be at the sw/og gate.
Also to know where to realm hop to to farm agm, chests and dpr.

Also I like keeping track of it, because it is something no one else - even blizz openly - does.

I've appreciated the info greatly, it has helped me get agm on several characters now. Thanks for taking the time to put it all together.

Now if I could only just understand WHY Blizzard has some zones with tons of servers and others empty...

Thanks a lot man!

I just assume its a lack of time and ressoucres. They had to interrupt connections for a few weeks to do back end work, so appearently it is more complicted than it looks.
I guess they made some mistakes in the beginning by underestimating the whole procedure and now things didnt develope as planed or so.
