Levels 1-29 BOE World drops

I wanted to make a Thread that compiles the how, what and where of the new World drop Scaling. Since Pre-Patch, BoE Greens scale closely to your Level, but not exactly. Legion BoE Epics scale sort of to your Level but also not exactly. There are still many unknowns at this point and that's why I wanted a show and tell sort of Thread to encompass all Levels from 1 to 29. Why no 30+ you ask, because they have access to Heroic Dungeons and Raids. I can't imagine a BOE Green with 1 Socket and Tertiary Stat will be superior to Raid drops, but who knows.

BOE GREENS (entire Game through BfA)

• Level 1 [Armor/Jewelry only]: iLvL 5 / Drops to Level ranges 1-10 (confirmed)
• Level 4 [Weapons only]: iLvL ? / Drops to Level ranges 1-10 (Confirmed)
• Level 10: N/A (Level 6 or 11, nothing in between)
  
• Level 14: iLvL 22 / Drops to Level 20 (confirmed)
• Level 19: iLvL 28 / Drops to Level 24 (confirmed)
  
• Level 20: Unk
• Level 29: Unk

*These BOE's can "Warforge" with 1x Socket and/or Tertiary Stats, from WoD > BfA.

BOE BLUES (World drops, these drop AT your Level, far as we know)

• Level 1: iLvL 15 (probably missed scaling)
• Level 5: iLvL 8|9|12 (Confirmed)
  
• Level 10: iLvL 14|16|18 (Confirmed)
  
• Level 14: Unk
• Level 19: Unk
• Level 20: Unk
• Level 29: iLvL 34 - LvL 28 Band of Dominion [TBC] / Drops to Level 45

*These BOE's drop as is, meaning whatever they were when that XPac launched, no Warforging. We've seen Vanilla & Pandaria drops so far.

BOE EPICS (Vanilla/Legion World drops, scale kind of to Level and/or missed scaling)

• Level 1: iLvL 22|24 (probably missed scaling)
• Level 5: Unk
• Level 10: iLvL 13
  
• Level 14: iLvL 19 / Drops to Level(s)?
  
• Level 19: iLvL 25 / Drops to Level(s)?
  
• Level 20: iLvL 26|28|29 / Drops to Level 20
  
• Level 29: Unk

*These BOE's are either from Vanilla (as is just scaled) or Legion (can Warforge 1x Socket and/or Tertiary Stats).

What I need is for any of you that get a BOE drop, make note of what iLvL it is, what XPac it was from (in case the above Rules don't apply) and what Level you were when said BOE dropped. Also, if Weapons are somehow a different Level requirement than Armor, like for Level 1 Armor vs Level 4 Weapons.

I will update this as often as I can, probably daily for a while. 2nd Post will be a SS section for proof of concept, thanks.

Blackened Defias Boots I just saw on AH at Level 7, so looks like things they can scale as low as that. Curious to see if they'd scale to 1.

That drops in Westfall which is a level 5+ zone. I cant see it scaling to 1, only 5.

The level 7 boe dropped in a 7+ instance, which is why its level 7.

Also, @Sponsor speculates that since you CAN loot in a Zone that's +5 Levels it MIGHT be possible to get said loot scaled to your Level. This would probably only work for World drops/World Bosses but you never know. Plenty of messed up scaling right now. I'm trying to get you a better Ranged lol. Also, what about Party Sync with a 5 or 10, then run around killing stuff to see if anything would scale down to 1?

Some rares are scaling items up too. Killing cata world boss(rares) let’s you get level 50 scaled cata world drops(100% drop from cata world boss)
I would look at the rares for sure
