Level Worgen Druid advice for running through chromie time?

Basically the title. Is 60 a viable lvl to solo everything with chromie time? I know that it's supposed to scale to you but I don't know what that really means. Would there be a better level for me to pick to easily walk through everything? I'm pretty sure I will get great gear while I chop away at all the old stuff I just want to make sure I'm aiming for the best level to maximize the use of my stats. If not 60 what would be the best level? I picked a worgen Druid because I think it to be the fastest race/class combo although I could be entirely wrong on that front as well. Honestly I'm winging the whole thing and hoping I don't hamstring myself along the way.

Not entirely sure what your question is, or what content you will be tackling, but old raids are considered "legacy" beyond a certain level (I believe 35) and your stats far outweigh the raid content. You will have no problem clearing old content.

If you walk into content that you outlevel, the gear will be really weak compared to what you could get from basic questing or queuing level-appropriate dungeons. It won't matter, because if you outlevel content by a decent amount the simple level disparity will trivialize the content even if you happened to walk in naked. Taking advantage of level scaling is only relevant for content like timewalking designed to scale across a wide range of levels.

So get your toon as high as they can go if you want to go farming old content. There's no reason not to also level up a bunch of alts, because most of the time the bottleneck while farming old content comes down to the time it takes to reset rather than how quickly you can personally dash through it.

Sorry, I'm basically trying to speed run through Tw while also clearing out all the old quests, dungeons and raids. I know a lvl 80 runs into the problem of just whispering at an enemy and their whole family tree gets deleted from existence and I know I need to not insta kill everything as some quests require you to weaken and not kill a target. I tried using the foam sword toy and that wasn't working stating I couldn't use it in combat. So I'm running through TW to collect the currency for rep and all the collectibles from the TW vendors. In-between the TW runs I'm out in the world currently clearing EVERY quest in the game and collecting stuff from rares along the way. If there's dungeons/raids I'd like to be able to go in grab the quests inside and knock those out along the way as well. That last bit requires me to be a specific level or higher at a Minimum so I'm trying to figure out which lvl bracket would be the best blanket for my goals.that all being said I get the feeling that just grabbing an 80 and rocking through the stuff is likely my best bet. Still I was hopeful for another answer

So, Loremaster plus dungeon quests?

I went through ths. My approach was a little different. I didn't necessarily need all the quests done on a single toon (do you?). As such, I used it as an opportunity to level alts. Some of the zones have really long quest chains. I think Icecrown alone got me from level 20 to almost 60 in DF. It would be more now with the XP changes.

I don't remember any dungeon quests that were particularly hard to do at max level. There could be. I just don't recall any. Do you have any examples? I only ever ran into the "too high level" problem (AFAICR) with certain achievements.

If you aren't interested in farming alts, I would suggest one or both of:

1. Using a low level twink to clear dungeons. It's just going to be easier. Level 10-11 twinks destroy dungeons. That now works for TW dungeons. It doesn't work for a lot of other dungeons with minimum levels; and/or
2. Embrace using a second account, even just a F2P account. That way you can dual box a dungeon a max level toon and a twink if you ever need to be low level for something. Using 2 accounts greatly simplifies a lot of Glory achievements, for example.

Pre-TWW certain expansions had pretty quick queue times for queueing dungeons (eg TBC, WotLK) because the quests made them good XP. TW being 10+ now might've changed that. I haven't tried. But there's really not much reason to queue non-TW dungeons now if you're levelling.
