I can verify that it's possible, got it on my 10 shortly after Legion's launch. It can be a pita if you don't do it right though (camera straight down is the worst way, come at each orb from the side).

Found another achievement! They See Me Rolling is possible at level 10. You don't need to be on the WQ to try the achievement, but it needs to be up.

I understand what you saying but I dont still get it because you can get same achievements as 10 as 12, right?

You can do a little MORE at 12 than you can at 10. While that may not be a ton more total Achievement Points it still skews the list in favor of any Character higher than Level 10, thus negating the point of it being a Level 10 Achievement Thread.

I quit that lvl 12 after few days and now I am playing as lvl 1 monk
