Hello guys :) I want to start a project which is called "Let's show 70". What means this project name? It is simple. It means that we show 70 fights to the whole world.

Every saturday or sunday (poll) night 8 PM have to be a 70 2vs2 Tournament where all 70s EU wide can proof their power and love to 70. Are you convinced of yourself and your mate ? And do you want to show your power to all other people? And are u ready for action? Then sign up with your mate every week till friday (last day).

You need to add HealiumEU#2440 (Team leader must add this battletag for the spectator addon). You have to write your charactername class and specc and of your mate his charactername ,class,specc.

If we have many interested 70s , we could add a ladder for these tournaments.

The prices for these weekly tournaments are points for the official 70 pvp ladder , 2.000 gold for the winner team , fun and glory!

Specc stacking isnt allowed
You have to play the tourney till the end (no ragequit)
You have to come when u signed up.

This could potentially be nice if people actually sign up (I know I will).
A few notes: I know there's a poll but we're already hosting a pvp event on sundays at that exact time which most of the active bracket on EU participates in, and overlapping events would be stupid. Saturday should be the easy choice here.
Secondly I think the comp rules should be completely removed or toned down a little. You already have a rule that says max 1 melee (which is the only rule I agree with), why say max 1 ranged? That would prevent people from playing double caster or hunter/caster, assuming you don't count healers as range in which case it would prevent people from playing caster/healer too.
What's the point of no class stacking? Why can't I sign up as boomy/rdruid or enh/rsham?
If it was my 2s tournament my rules would be max 1 melee and no disc or holy priests, just because it would force a lot of comps we don't see that often.

tl;dr remove every rule except "max 1 melee"

I would agree with Dreams here. The comp rules don't make a lot of sense except for the 1 melee limit. I would say ban Disc/Holy Priest as well, but then it might be really hard to get people to sign up because they don't know how good the other healers can be (all 4 other healers have really strong comps they can play and would be competitive if it wasn't for Priests outdoing everyone).

Oh and ofc lvl70 only. That way you won't have to deal with things like Bash, Ice Nova, Wings, etc.
 
Yeah so i think these tournaments should be on saturdays thats right.
Class stacking means for comps like Double shadow, Double mage, Double Hunter.......
And i thought about this 1 range rule and its true 2 ranges are okay and not powerful like 2 meeles . Updated but how i said feedbacks are welcome
 
No offense, but isn't this the ... 5th "project" you start? It's like you never really get these things going
 
I think this is cute. I will definitely be finding somebody for this when I'm back home :)

i will have to agree though on the banning holy/disc priest purely because I've been crit 8k by a hpriest in the past, and im sick of them to be honest ;) also, from my experience of plenty of 2v2 skirmishes, quite often a disc will do more damage than their partner so..

Please make it explicit that this is only for level 70s too, to reiterate what fx said.

This is how the 70 bracket has been doing in WoD:

''Omg there's no rating, and nothing going on!" -> Healium and I create an add-on that fakes rating and statistics, along with a complete website where you can see other people's statistics as well. People complain that it isn't the same as real rating and the add-on dies.

''Bgs are so inactive, never pops." -> Sissylizzy tries to organise a queue night where people can queue up and get BG pops. We get a single BG, Alliance loses, half the Alliance team logs off. That was the one and only BG we've had all of WoD.

''There's never any good games." -> Healium tries again and again to make events that organise good games, nobody signs or even shows interest.

If you want this to happen, then don't be a little pussy and sign up.

Calm down would you. Wasn't trying to offend anyone and i gladly back these events up.. I've just seen a lot of these threads and never really seen any of it go anywhere.

the events i have made has always turned out fine apart from 1.
