If people show the will to learn and ask, I always get back to them. Some people even have very specific questions, or aren't afraid to ask for deeper analysis on issues they encountered during a game. If I have time during a game, I even do guidance as we play (if needed). That's the easy parts.
Now, looking through other people's vods and shit is a huuuuuuuuuuuuge time investment. If people have time, and wants to do it, fine by me. I'm just saying, it might be hard to actually find people who want to make such huge time investments. When it comes to vods, people will usually learn by just looking at them themselves. It's so easy to spot your own mistakes. The learning won't be the same as having a more experienced individual looking over them, but it should be enough for you to develop at a reasonable pace.
