I'll point to this part of your full post that I quoted above. While you mention Gear you still aren't making it "quite obvious" that you mean ONLY Gear and NOT Skill. And to reiterate my point, if a brand new Player, new to his/her Class, Leveling through the 10-19 Bracket is capable of performing as well as you JUST because your Stats/Gear are basically equal to theirs that means you have ZERO Skill. If however, you have all the Skills you would expect a Person who has devoted "hundreds if not thousands of hours into it" would have, then your entire comment is moot because those new Players would be considerably inferior to you as a long term Twink, negating your concern.

I'm clearly indicating that I'm talking about items and enchants and similar things. The entire post you quoted is mainly talking about gear and ilevels, and not about skill. Also, isn't it also obvious, that skill does factor in if a twink is better than a leveling person, while gear is bound to the rules of Blizzard.

I could always strive to get better than my equally geared opponents and Blizzard can't do anything about it, but Blizzard can stop me from getting better gear than my opponents, based on what rules they make, which is why the gear question is relevant and it should've been obvious.

It's not like every single non-twink in the 10-19 bracket will be complete n00bs, maybe they're experienced PvP'ers just rerolling a toon
