All this drama and nobody even knows if it will be like this when the pre-patch drops. I know "blizzard overlooks low lvls" bla bla bla......but making claims like 10s WILL be superior stat-wise is about as pre-mature as an 18yo boy in a room full of ovulating women with no condoms. "A few weeks from launch" is when the pre-patch will drop and we're not even in August yet....chill the fvck out on the whole "this is absolutely how it will be" nonsense. They STILL haven't adjusted dmg and healing for almost all of the abilities.......and people's levels not even scaling up to 19 in BGs? How could you possibly think that will go live? You're not even supposed to be testing this shit so of course it's looking crazy. All of this seems so gullible....

Scaling is gone, if you can think we wont go to lvl 19 in bgs/arenas anymore, that's been blue-posted somewhere.

They don't care about low lvl. Look BMS and ferals, 2 years of fotm, never fixed.

This WILL go live as it's been that 10's have superior stats everywhere,

Bump-date:

Enchants do NOT affect the stat itself.

If you have 1 piece of the following under enchanted witha secondary stat u gain them in arenas.
Bracer enchants, anything else doesn't work.

Conclusion:
Neck/rings/cloak are the new ''secondary stat specs''.

It's likely the same with OH Weapons for Melee however it's still not as bad as some are making it out to be. Ofc 10's have some inherent miss chance against 19's and it'll get worse the higher the Level gap goes but it's still not a huge problem.

Trust me, I would catch you out of stealth and rek you before you could even use a spell.
