Healdaddy Veteran Sep 15, 2018 #2 You either need heirloom legs or BoE legs. Fang leggings are BoP so im pretty sure you cant do anything to them other than armor kits.

Click to expand... There is a bug that you can do that will make you abeld to enchant them but you need someone that is high level and have time!

Click to expand... If you're doing a dungeon and already have ilvl 23 pants you can trade them to someone in the dungeon with you.
