How do u get the leg armor enchant to legs? From what I'm reading it says must be applied to gear in inventory and item becomes soulbound

Dunno if Im helpfull cuz Im F2P, but you can use "+1 Armor" on your Legs with Leatherworking. It might be better enchants for legs out there if you are a sub.

Yeah, its better than your "Minor Speed Increase" Why do you need a speed increase? Are you running from something, nub?

There are leg enchants that require the item to be in your inventory, but don't make said item soulbound. Since the following leg armor's tooltip doesn't at all include the word 'soulbound,' I knew that I was able to get my BoE legs enchanted by a higher level player who understood this as well.

For non-f2p.

A high level can put most leg armor on the BoA legs.
A high level can put the MoP LW leg armors onto BoE legs and it doesn't bind (shadowleather, angerhide, ironscale).
Otherwise a light/medium armor kit is the only non-exploit way.
