IIRC she's the final boss of a dungeon;however the raid with gul'dan will be Surumar so maybe it was there that I remember seeing her. Been a while since I was into beta stuff. The reason I say it's going to be Azshara is because of a questline in Aszuna where she makes an appearance.....stating that her "wrath" is coming....
