How do you purchase the masks? Or from whom? The trading post vendor doesnt seem to appear if you dont have a post of your own.

The way I did it on Gringotts is being in group with my 2nd Account (that was 100 at that time, with Level 3 Trading Post) then just went to the Vendor and purchased them. I can't say for certain if it works being in some random person's Garrison that's not tied to your Account but it must work because there's quite a few Twinks with 1 or more of the Masks.

...seems it wasnt level 2 yet, went in at level 2 trading post and the vendor was there. I had read a few places the vendor didnt show, there's surprisingly little information about doing it at low levels that's easily googled. Like.... none.

edit- also loving that i keep getting 300 resources from the savage gifts on my lowbie toon when literally anything else would be better.
