FYI I ran Scholo about 100x while leveling my alts and I had the doctor spawn 3x. First time no loot for party. Second time, two looters got toy. Third time no loot. None of the time did it drop for the level 20s in the party, although I'm sure it's just my bad luck as others have confirmed the drop already. Definitely not worth farming for this.

Left a 20 Demon Hunter in the dungeon and managed to get it to drop today.

were you running it just once a day or several times. if so did it drop on first run or another run after that?

I was lazy so after the first day post-tw I ended up just doing it once per day, that was the first and only run of that day.

i finally got it today on a 10 camped there. i was doing it once a day, because of the comments on wowhead concerning one player per day chance
