Krastinov Bag of Horrors Help - US

Note that we cannot queue into old Scholo and must physically walk into it. So, anyone visiting the old Scholo must walk through its entrance. If you wait there and see people approaching, they must:
1. have unlocked the old Scholo by having the Krastinov Bag themselves or know someone who has the bag;
2. have done what you want to do, and understand what you want and is available right at the time.
Ask whoever you see there for help. For f2p, you can only talk to ppl at or below lvl30, so be patient. For high levels, take a note of their name and ask someone w a sub to whisper them for help.
Entrance of old Scholo is to the right hand side of the building where the normal entrance is located. The normal entrance is in the left hand side of that building.

Yepprobably don't need to bother now, you need lvl15 to zone in the old scholo to farm for the recipe, and with the warbank gone whelp

You can find Doctor Theolen Krastinov in Mists of Pandaria timewalking scholomance, and Krastinov's Bag of Horrors does drop, took me 44 solo runs to find him, and he dropped the toy luckily on my first attempt. Yes with the warbank being killed for f2ps, it's not as useful to get lifestealing (as you'll have to enter old scholo [requires level 15] to farm the recipe on whichever character you want the lifestealing enchant on), but who knows what'll change in the future, so I wanted to see if I could get it anyways

If i remember correctly you have to get hit once by him or he doesn't drop loot - so no one-shotting

I think he hit plenty to the full party while i while aoeing down the room, but nobody looted anything off him, maybe loot rolling rules still applies to him

I think it is 97% or something, there has been a couple really rare kills that didnt drop anything. Its supposed to be 100% but theres a few instances. 50++ TW MOP dungeons and have only gotten scholo 2 times. no red text for the rare and even checked to be sure when others already left, i would be able to kill him solo
i did try the stay behind and log out, having issues with janice barov, i avoid her attacks as they will pop a 10. each time i get near the point of a killing blow or touch of death activates she one shots me

sounds like the same as that stupid pusilin in dire maul. always gotta wait till everyone else leaves before soloing him in order to guarantee drop.

i got a 10 in there, according to the farm on herioc by higher level players, chance is once per player per day. i wonder if on TW we are held to the same rule?
as for janice barov, the spell she insta pops is gravity well that one shots for around 1500 on my 10, i have killed her to complete it yesterday and today, but can die a few times doing so, what gets me by, is if the ooze trink pops not for the damage but for the aggro, and she targets the ooze's enabling me to get 1-2 final hits in.
