Funny, I found this post after experiencing exactly what is summarized here. I was in a game with Parfait earlier today...Yep, of all the 20 games I've been in all are the same.
Here is what happens: Horde flail about and insult each other, alliance GY camp, while only one or two horde are doing good things. It makes it boring and not much fun. I'm probably going to stop playing that bracket.
I like a good match like anyone, but not like this. Either the ratio of stupid Horde players to good players is 1000-1, or there are more good alliance players than horde. Just my two cents.

I certainly have seen my fair share of bad Horde but I don't think that's it. I think there's a bunch of factors like gear available, strategy (seems like a lot of Horde just fight in mid), general lack of healers, and the fact that a lot of Ally groups just head to the Horde GY while I never see Horde do that (coupled with the crappy new GY location) and that play style naturally spreads the team out significantly. Some have said people should roll 24s to even things out but introducing 1 or 2 OP characters in a BG doesn't make a team win. Case in point, last night I went up against 2 OP Horde Hunters that were 24 (one with like 1700hp and the other with like 2300hp) and my Ally team easily defeated their team. Ofc, both Hunters weren't that good and hung out in mid all game to hit the top of the charts.

It's growing everyday if you are asking me, you all should remember that you are playing with players who are new to the game. It's freaking trial bracket, respect them and learn them instead.
Wargames is also getting active at Aerie Peak US with prices and such.
