New 20s guild only. We're not new to the twink scene but we're looking for just a couple of classes. We're keeping it simple but competitive. This is where I should go into some spill but we don't plan to be big. We are drama free. Mostly will be playing the weekends but someone is on everyday. We're not funding, we do enough of that with our paychecks. Two or three times a month depending we -have a drunk night - lotta information in that not going to be shared here.

Are conversations allowed? I mean we can just start communicating guild information through here and any changes we might be interested in. I didnt see that being against the rules. Has there been any recent changes? Who currently owns the site? I would like to buy it for 3× the asking price so that I can promote and support increasing the twink community rather than running everyone off.

Yes, if you read the rules thread you'd have noticed that I mentioned a upcoming change on them.
The new set of rules will address this, amongst others (while abandoning others that we're already not enforcing anymore).
