Itemrolling on F2P-chars

So, considering this thread on TI: http://www.twinkinfo.com/forums/f43/nerfed-dungeon-need-greed-rolls-f2p-players-40673/

I was testing on my new Aggramar-EU Frostmage - and I have to say, I think Blizzard DID change it for F2Ps - I ran about 10-15 dungeons today - I only needroll on stuff I need, something like Black Wolf Bracers and Phantom Armor etc... no, jokes aside - I ONLY got need-rolls over ~50 when nobody else was needing, I ONLY won, if someone had an even worse roll for like 10-20, or if nobody roled at all. I think I only won one need-roll against a shamy for Gold-Flecked Gloves, all my other wins were because nobody else rolled on them, which hardly ever happened...

It's a little less frustrating with greeding, I DID roll over 50 sometimes, but I still lost about 90% of my rolls (bad luck maybe, but still to be considered) - so now I'm asking for more investigation or similar happenings to other players here on the F2P-side.

paranoia is a terrible thing

Well, I AM gonna keep testing - if I have a "bad rolls-streak" for over a week, I can hardly call that bad luck - and I also mentioned that it's just my opinion and am asking for more testing from other people, because if Blizzard did change the roll-mechanics for f2ps we're gonna have a baaaaad time

I posted in the last thread like this...
We appreciate you trying to bring a concern to the community, however...

1. for statistical relevance you should have allocated a larger sample size.
2. you should have utilized a t-table or possibly a q-reference test to predict sample error.
3. if you can not figure out how to do number 2 refer to number 5.
4. if there was a 'roll' issue it would have been found and posted by now (2 weeks after a patch).
5. you should refrain from posting conspiracies -> NASA never went to the moon INC!

I mean no insult... except for numbers 3 and 5. =P

Just messing with you; in all seriousness, you just have terrible luck.
I just logged in and tested my rolls in a dungeon: 91, 47, 58, 73, 27, 62, 9, 83.
The sample size is incredibly small, but I am having numbers way over 30 and a mean around 50.
Nothing to cause me to worry or have to do more research.

I have done more instances afterwards and I have come to the same result: There is no change.

The only thread of hope (or rather flicker of despair) is that maybe f2p characters created after patch 5.0.4 have been nerfed, but that in itself makes no sense.

maybe f2p characters created after patch 5.0.4 have been nerfed.
Conspiracy!!

Well, I didn't hammer it, that Blizzard nerfed it for f2ps, I clearly said, I want feedback from other people, so I guess either theory nuked or bad bad Blizzard

Whenever people have bad luck ingame, they blame Blizzard. Whenever people have bad luck in life, they blame whatever people they saw last or the God they worship.

I needed on everything in a Shadow fang keep and didn't notice any differences. I decided to be a jerk afterwards and intentionly wiped the group.
