Not sure what the logic is. You did it, you felt better, and was in the next game fast, but that you did it and you felt better etc did not make you worth respecting. You remained a chicken.
That said, we had a whole other thread dedicated to this. Let's not continue.

The forum noobs handbook: I always like the last word freak "condensing comment" followed up by the "lets stay on topic though" comment... as if that means anything to anybody or does not just make you look dumb .
If using my time wisely = chicken... "cockadoodle doo"

From a pug/solo que standpoint, it's not much different than BFA was... fail to see any other issue than the hunter issue. I don't remember 1 minute ques or anything that fast in BFA solo anyway.
Sure we are gonna take ANOTHER hit with BC coming out, but that will fade a lot faster than classic did.

I think there is a lot more the community could do as a whole to get more people into twinking, but I don't think that is what the "core people" have ever wanted... they wanted to be elite in a group of retards... cream of the crap if you will.
Just imagine how shit tastic things would be if Blizzard had not banned anything... if you think its dead now... it would have been COMPLETELY dead if that stuff would have been allowed.
At some point its just like Jack Nicolson said "What if this is as good as it gets?"... then the fat lady in the shot *gasp* in horror.
jade the reason you shouldn't drop out of bgs is not because of cowardice ( i get wanting to leave and do something else after your 5th premade in a row) The reason is consideration for the other ppl in que who will be taking your spot.

A single tear just rolled down my cheek... and fell into the horde pvp communal toilet.... I flushed it away.
And I don't always leave... most BGs end quickly regardless of how some shit tier premade tries to prolong them for board clout... the longer ones I do just exit when it's clear some fat nerds are just trying to do fake dps to show each other. Just stayed in 3 or 4 versus some alliance darkspear shit squad, really just depends on my mood... as it should. However, right now just watching the same darkspear team just not run the flag for 5 minutes... I mean I *should* leave because that kind of fat-kid shit should never be rewarded... you are just giving a dumb dog a treat for shitting on the floor... guess what it learned.
You are basically asking me to queue... and let 4-5 shitty nerds NOT get tired of farming a graveyard... why should I be punished for that?

You could just stay dead in the gy for 15-20 minutes while watching youtube....either way you are going to have to sit the 15 minute leave debuff anyway.
I don't know what the hell you are doing in the US, but your bgs seem full of weird shit. Eg, I remember the thread where US people were naming best this and best that and someone went with "I want to give props to guy X, he might not be very good, but he always fights till the end" and the thread went "woooow, yeeeeah, what a hero". I remember rolling my eyes at that, because, frankly, what? Taking a fight instead of leaving makes you a hero in the US? LOL. This is standard stuff. Of course, you take a fight. You are in a team, what you do affects others and vice versa.
With that, here in the EU, I never farm graveyards, premade or not. You know why? Because people will leave and this will have two consequences. First, they might stop queueing -- if they do, gz, your queues just got longer. Second, their replacement might be better than them -- if it is, gz, you might just have managed to snatch defeat out of the jaws of a win (yes, this happened several times, both sides). So, you don't humiliate them and just end the bg. Because if you do, you make it worse for yourself. Easy enough.
Also, since I got suckered back into the thread already, a couple of facts.
The number of times I was realistically farmed on a graveyard in my 400+ games, both the idiotic kind (farming directly the graveyard) and the sensible kind (not farming, but not letting to escape the graveyard and affect the bg): maaaaaybe 5-6.
The number of guys who are always queuing as a premade with fotm specs (the equivalent of Almond on the US, I guess?) whom I haven't been able to beat (win a bg): zero, out of tens.
The number of guys who are always queueing as a premade with fotm specs whom I haven't been able to beat queuing solo with no premade on my side: ZERO.
Etc, etc, etc.
You leave, you are a chicken. Those excuses of "oh, mommy, they are farming the graveyard" are pathetic.

I'll make a short post to explain the afk technique.
- Short queues are recommendend, even if right now, with all the stuff you have to do on each alt, longer q can be ok.
- You normally use it to play UP classes, I normally use it to go melee->caster/healer-> hunter or directly quit.
- You join, consider the bg (some would be very fast anyway, some others not, like azerite or flags) in the first minute you see if you are gonna enjoy it or it's going to be a complete stomp (before that guy comes, yeah you should be able to easily foresee a stomp, example on spoiler)
- You afk out about 1 min-30 sec before game start, log out, log in a different class, queue again. You don't afk midgame (so no "but they guy next in queue stuff) you don't wait deserter (so no "you would have to wait 15 min anyway").
With a 3 min queue you waste 4-5 minutes every time.
With no afking, giving how people love their hunters and their premades, I would never play something like DHs, Dks, warriors or ww monks, but only hunter.
I understand that people that have a lot of free time may not need to save it (no hate, everyone get's a rough patch, especially now) but that's not a luxury for everybody (you don't already watch videos WHILE playing wow?)
The same, if you play only 1 class I understand how you don't see how this works.
To answer the original answer on EU - queue times on horde side got longer and less constant (says 4 min but it's 8-9 sometimes during the day), probably because some ally switched sides (lol seeing melissa transferring horde) or heavy farming from horde counter premades got less ally to join (or some other reason, could be many this are just random thoughts mind you)
With the promise of legacy servers rolling out over the next decade it's safe to say twinking will be growing over the foreseeable future. Both new and old twinks will be flowing through this place as soon as tbc launches. Eventually WotLK with xpoff will blow up twinking once more. Each legacy server will decrease the amount of retail twinks.

You talk big of leaving bgs when your side is winning and then you show the bg where you had a stomp, you knew you had it, and you -- wait for it -- you did NOT leave.
So, this is just fantasyland. QED. I never saw anyone leave like that, not once. All these "this is how you do it" are fantasy. You just give advice on how to leave with minimal repercussions when the other side is stronger.

May I ask where are you from and how good is your understading of english?
I have never talked about afking out a winning bg.
I have, once, mentioned how you should down spec or down gear in a stomp to be less oppressive to your opponent. Not afk out
The example I posted is an example of how easy is to foresee a stomp thanks to BGE.
The example meant: if I were on the alliance side (that has 0 twinks) of that bg and I was on a DH facing 4 twink hunters I would have afked out before game started and logged something else.

I understand what you say. It's the entire thing that what you say differs from what actually happens. And with your example, what you said differs from what you yourself actually did. So, please forgive me for not buying into that fantasy world of yours, I think you are merely writing all this advice in order to show how to leave bgs with minimal repercussions *whatever the reason*. Which, realistically, will be the fear of losing.

in that screenshot, I'm suggesting alliance should leave because they have 0 twinks and we (horde) have 6, and our 4 hunters will pound on everyone of them.
Then I'm saying, If I were on that alliance team on my DH, I would afk out and queue with aother class.
Once and for all, I never suggested afking a winning bg

OK, let's go with this. You were previously advocating gimping your side if it had a sure win, but fine, whatever, let's say I misunderstood. Let's say that in this case you are telling the weak side to afk.
What could be wrong with it?
Gee, maybe everything that is normally wrong with leaving?
First, if some on your side decide to stay, but you leave, you are making it harder for them. Nice.
Second, if you leave, the bg will get a replacement (yes, I read your "You don't afk midgame (so no "but they guy next in queue stuff) ", I have no idea whether you think leaving early will or will not result in a replacement, but it will). That replacement guy is fucked. He waited a long time to get into a bg and you just handed him a losing ticket. Your losing ticket. Because you were a coward. Nice.
Third, in other bgs, people won't know whether they can count on you or not. Because who knows what you are going to think about the odds, maybe you'll quit in the next 15 seconds or maybe you'll quit mid-bg. Yes, I understand that you said you won't leave mid-bg, but people have no way of knowing that, all they saw from you is that you are prone to leaving bgs when things look south. Plenty of chicken do leave mid-bg and you look just like them.
Etc.
So, you know, if you insist on promoting not some weird fantasy, but merely standard chickenship, be my guest, but that remains chickenship.
