You could have been in the high end of crit. Say you had 15.97% crit and got rid of an item that had crit and now you me at 15.12, will still say 15%
nope, I see full numbers with dejachar stats
 
Ideally what you want:

-ilvl 30 invasion head
-Eternal Woven Ivy Necklace (heirloom) with hidden satyr
-Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders (heirloom) with Greater Tiger's Claw Inscription
-Parachute Cloak with 3 agi 7 armor (better than 4 pvp power imo)
-ilvl 30 invasion chest with glorious stats (7 to all stats)
-Forest leather bracers or BG quickblade (3 vers 2 crit) with 3 attack power enchant
-ilvl 30 invasion axe main-hand, shadowfang off-hand both enchanted with elemental force
-ilvl 30 invasion gloves with 4 agility enchant
-ilvl 25 Vigorous Belt of the quickblade (5 vers 3 crit - was obtained through old dungeon satchels)
-Any BoE 9 stam 6 agi green of the quickblade with 5 vers 4 crit with shadowleather leg armor
-Rookie's boots of the quickblade 5 vers 3 crit with 2 agi + minor speed enchant (blurred speed or cat's swiftness)
-Tumultuous Ring of the quickblade 3 vers 2 crit with +1 vers enchant
-Recruit's ring of the quickblade 4 vers 1 crit with +1 vers enchant
-Defending Champion + Return Champion

This is the ideal overall set that you wanna run.

Probably. The 8 agility is about the same damage as the 20 verse, so its the extra stam vs the crit/haste of the invasion helm. Invasion head for killing, goggles for carrying.

Yeah, and it also boosts your auto attack dmg, and tbf, that's something that's easily overlooked. Autos aren't a joke anymore.

Still not sold either way on the cloak enchants...I need to look at it more. I've been hearing a few diff numbers for how much %dmg the pvp power is giving at 19.

You can run this script to check the percentage increase in damage / healing with pvp power by running this script:

/run print( GetPvpPowerDamage(), GetPvpPowerHealing() )

4 pvp power is equal to 2.728% increased damage / healing, making it good, just not better than 3 agi and 7 armor in my opinion. Best enchant for non agility (or hybrid) classes though.

A straight up 2.7% damage boost is gonna be hard to beat. If we use the rough numbers of 1 agi = 2.5 verse, and each verse adds .25% damage, then the 3 agi * 2.5 * .25% = ~1.9%. To check that from the tooltips...3 agi changes SS for me 108->110 (1.85%). For 5pt dispatch, its 430->435 (1.16%). Pistol is 85->87 (2.35%). Some of that is due to rounding and how each skill uses weapon damage vs AP...but it seems fairly in line.

Right. Because 8 ap is slightly better than 20 verse. I thought for a second you were saying that the goggles didn't increase autos at all.

Can you check the actual numbers you're getting between those too? I can't really figure out white damage contributions, been getting some weird stuff on my character sheet numbers (with deja). Like wearing a Scout's Medallion has showed lower damage than no neck at all, and some other inconsistent spots where adding stats drops it. My actual melee attacks are higher with the higher stats though.
 
So you're losing out on 5% extra damage on ele force/satyr for a tiny boost in physical damage? Goggles are still BiS imo

The 8 agi is more physical damage, and don't forget the crit/haste also add to the enchants. They are both very good options. And for anyone who has anything less than the ilvl 30 WF invasion helm, goggles are the easy choice.
 
Hidden Satyr scales off AP too. Idk what the exact conversion is though, it seems to have a bit of a range and it's hard to track down detailed enchant info.

You're also giving up crit. You still want some crit as rogue as well, and the ilvl 30 invasion helm just fits in nicely with the last couple of stats overall, and you only really see a difference in ele force damage on the crits. Normal ele force procs are around the same range no matter the head.
