stats, 5 agi 30 dmg proc that is actually working properly now which can also proc EF so 2x SF can get some mean EF procs, also 30 shadow bolt itself can be the difference between win and loss

BOA has better stats as the only 2 important stats for rogues right now is crit and stam stacking.

However, Shadowbolt procs count as an extra damaging ability which means extra EF procs. Similar to using the horrible PvP BOA sword, bonus strikes will result in more EF procs.

Upon some testing, yes EF > DS at 19, 20, 29.

ya i still play with it on mine. of course, x2 isnt BiS i dont think, but having one in the offhand is always nice and makes u cooler than rogues who dont have it (n u kno this man)

and yes EF all day, sub EF hemo spam does underratedly difficult dps to manage without having x2 healers/hybrids focusing on heals to keep the target alive

edit: actually not 100% sure whether dagger is bis mainhand anymore, needs someone who wants to do the math to test it to verify, also boa sword has comparable dps (better in some aspect but up to preference)
