Is it worth buying the latest expansions, "Mists of Pandaria", "Warlords of Draenor", "Legion" and do i still get the Character boosts?

Man you should have everything except Legion for free. And I think you get the free 100 but not sure.

Legion should give you a free 100 boost, the starter edition goes to 100 (WoD) so there is no buying other expansions anymore.

End game PvP is ok at the moment, melee is a bit fotm. I'd recommend going one of the classes with more than like 5 buttons so you
don't get bored after a couple weeks.
