EU+US Is Dual ToV still viable for a 20 Rogue?

I have the opportunity to finally get a second Talon of Vultros (LvL 11) Dagger but I am wondering if it is still worth going the extra mile for. I havent played my 20 Twink since before Legion hit and I know its all about iLvL in BGs now. Does Assn still work best with 2 ToV's?

I tried so hard to get the second dagger in WoD, but rng and AH prices hated me back then...

I wouldn't bother with a second http://www.wowhead.com/item=115349/talon-of-vultros. For bg's, you want a slower dagger like http://www.wowhead.com/item=133693/jagged-wing-slasher in your main hand and then a higher level dagger in your off hand for ilvl increase.

If you haven't played since Legion then yes, it's all about ilvl inside the bg. Even getting white rings and neck to increase ilvl such as http://www.wowhead.com/item=7337/the-rock helps lift ilvl. I'm assuming your a sub'd Vet so you will have access to these higher ilvl white items. Some other slots you can get blue items from bg crates which are ilvl 28 so they are better inside the bg and rogues also have access to a high level Draenor masks such as http://www.wowhead.com/item=120435/mossy-green-mask.

I've got a F2P Assis Rogue but they aren't in a good place atm in PvP. In world PvP with double Ele Force you'll whoop some, but inside the bg with the bleeds and poison it's not enough to be a serious threat to anyone. You'll be more a supportive role. Outlaw on the other hand seems to be quite a nuisance Rogue spec in PvP atm.

So in summary, I wouldn't bother with the second http://www.wowhead.com/item=115349/talon-of-vultros.

Another question... Before Legion, I acquired several of Griftahs iLvL 100 Masks (even the one you have linked) but now they aren't even in my inventory. And the whistle to summon him is gone. I assumed it is now not possible to obtain those masks below a required lvl. How does one obtain them now?

Same way as before. I obtained one just recently. No idea though what happened to your whistle and masks.

As per @Naxxramaskid's post, I don't believe anything has changed. I got the whistle on my Rogue about 4 or 5 months ago and farmed coins to buy a mask. I'm surprised you seem to have lost yours. There should be no reason why you lost the masks or whistle. Maybe something funky took place during the Legion patch, who knows. But I'm fairly certain you should be able to still obtain them.

im going to talk to a GM and see what happened. I still had the mask mogged when I first relogged in after legion. ended up changing my mog and when I went to remog the masks. I realized they were gone. I also now know you cant mog the mask

Get it just to have it. You never know when shit will change. I still have my x6 common legion blades in my bank stacked with ele force & DS. Watch them come back in style, and be GF next expansion or w/e.
