acceptable meaning doesn't make you look dumb. I got my "wild" out in my freshman year of H.S by smoking, drinking, and bangin' oxys daily.
 
doesnt make me look any dumber than i already am imo, meaning its acceptable / accepted. in fact everyone seems to enjoy it

i still drink and smoke, and those are things that are pretty acceptable all throughout life as long as you use moderation. pills are just dumb tho

Couldn't agree more, for your average person that is. However I've found that the quality of my life has increased significantly since going straight-edge(was vegan for 2 years prior to that)
