US Interested in making a level 70 twink

I'm interested in making a level 70 twink as the title says, I'm looking for a realm and maybe guild that I would be able to join so I'd have a community to talk to and play with.

Oh no, someone’s upset. Be mad at blizzard for not fixing it or doing anything about the tickets you guys are sending in. It may be an “exploit” but if blizzard cared all these so called complaints and cry’s you people keep placing would go somewhere. But here we still are. I hope my boys keep queing into you ray of sunshine feelings and enjoy the game how they want to play it just like you.

No matter what you want to do That Seventies Show is the best and currently longest running (with actual activity) twink guild in NA I believe. They do PVE, PVP, and plenty of other stuff on the side : ) So unless you are looking for progressive raiding, which I don't think currently exists at 70 though it was somewhat popular in the last expansion they are literally the one stop shop for 70 twinks, assuming you don't mind playing Alliance.

I don't get how he's meeting then unless he's levelling or also exploiting??
