Do you ever get that feeling where you're accumulating too many brain cells, like you're becoming too enlightened about the world and the knowledge is starting to make you a bit depressed, because you see everything from a larger picture, and the picture ain't Picasso, but more like deranged, surrealistic torture image made by a disturbed 5 year old.
