I'm not complaining, I'm asking a question.

Why are you the way that you are? What is enjoyable about having 0 challenge? </3 Cig

What's enjoyable: Obviously having 0 challenge is not.
Choosing your first wow class is somewhat similar to choosing a profession. You don't blame people for choosing something that suits their personality, beliefs etc. and they feel happy doing. Tell a passionate engineer to become a historian, or vice versa.
If you choose an OP class for your first character, first you may not even realize it's OP and it can still be challenging for a new player.
As they get more experienced, they try PVP, they will realize they're OP, and have less and less fun because of the little challenge.
Some pro players will roll a new class that's more challenging or stick with the OP class if they're really passionate about the class - which I think is absolutely fine if they choose strong opponents.
If a pro player plays a very OP class just for the easy kill in PVP, that's weird.

probably that? but like... idk still feels cringe to play something that broken and gy camp constantly (not saying you do that estradiol, just making a comment)

Yeah, I never have bought into the "oh I just like the class" argument; If the class only offers terrible or unengaging gameplay experience then why play it? I legitimately do not understand this.

Even if you don't like playing other classes (Have you tried other classes?) I don't see why anyone would opt into the current experience of playing a class that is utterly non-rewarding. Find a different game ig; I would.

What gaming experience is it that makes you not want to play anything else?

@Estradiol just wondering, currently do you play your warrior or your hunter? warrior is fine rn anyway.

If on the rare chance the PvP bug hits, I play warrior, for most PvE content I go with the hunter.

legit. ig avoiding the mindless parts of playing the class works.

Edit: Honestly i have not engage enough with PVE content to know allow about what is fun about it or not; its a whole different animal to me.

i could see an argument being made for (even in its current state) hunter's toolkit being a more rewarding PvE experience than any healer or a warlock (who can drain life indefinitely). all these defensive CDs aren't as OP as they are in PvP when tackling PvE content.

the class is strong, but if you're going to judge the fun factor of a PvE spec; i would venture to say that spamming heal on yourself to survive big packs is mechanically boring when compared to having a proper rotation of Aspect of Turtle, Exhilaration, etc. (you know, all the things we hate about hunters in PvP).

Passionate pro hunters can do 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 against other hunters, right? Sure, it's more interesting if it's a mix of classes, but if they're really into the class and enjoy the toolkit rather than just pressing a very few buttons all the time at 20? Or solo dungeons. These can be fun I would imagine. Can't see much wrong with these.

Dear Hunter players,

Why are you the way that you are? What is enjoyable about having 0 challenge?

Biggest challenge for hunters in the 20's bracket ... is/are... well, other hunters.
As well as the occasional debuffers.
So, when I am on druid, monk, pally(holy or ret) and there are a bunch of hunters in Q on opposing side,
I log and get on my Marks/Surv hunter as well, to try to compensate and help even out the odds a bit.
Works sometimes, and sometimes it don't.
In this same situation, if I see other toons I know have hunters I'll broadcast ....
Think it's time we jump on our huntards too ... or the losses gonna keep coming nonstop.
Some choose to log and faction jump to which side has the most twinks or premades running.
I don't/can't/won't do this, because I only play alliance... but that's not most of the WoW playerbase, who run toons on both sides.

I just want to see all those "I just like hunter" people keep playing them once they get so gutted they are equal to DH

The thing is, it's not about being enjoyable, it's just people or players who for whatever reason, just want to massacre everyone. I started a resto shaman and decided to enter the 10-19 bracket to get a grip on healing. I've always played melee. Sadly, there are many many MM hunters and Surv hunters, but the thing is, they don't have crazy stats. Someone has found a loophole somewhere, I hear mains are sending or (gifting as I was told) high level items from the main to the alt and the ilvl stays until the alt logs out. I can normally rank top 3 in my gear in 19 bracket, getting close to 20K overall damage in some maps, these chars, get 60-80k damage and one shot everyone.

It's sad cause it ruins good games at times. but it is what it is.

Just my 2 cents.

I recently returned after years away from wow. I decided to make a 20. Random BGs are littered with hunters, healbotted hunters at that. Premades of hunters and heals. Not very fun.

Have fun hunters.

demon hunter is actually good at 20 you guys just made a meme about DK / DHs because it would be funny since its the first time twinks could use them low levels
