EU+US ILVL Gear changes, Prepatch gear, changes to 10-19

Hello,

Due to hotfixes in the game some things like;

The Rock

Mist-Piercing Goggles

And all other ILVL items with either no commoncy/armor type, will be non-usable as of to get stats from.

This has been hotfixed in legion notes.

As of legion the non commoncy items probably give no stats, and will remove stats as they don't count as a stat-template item.

This is very ''buggy'' as it still counts as your AVG ILVL, so un-equipping it might be a decrease in stat, but if you put on another heirloom you will gain more stats than the goggles.
This should be fixed probably soon as many complaints vigor through blizzards tickets :p

Getting this aside:

New Prepatch gear will be GFD starting from Legion launch, the 30th of August 2016.

This gear will NEVER be obtainable again, this gear is bis in probably most brackets.

For 10's all i know what is bis is;
Gloves 3 Int/Agi, 5 Stam, 2 crit/haste/mastery 2 crit/haste/mastery
Belt 3 Int/Agi, 5 Stam, 2crit/haste/mastery 2 crit/haste/mastery
(Occasionally) Helmet due to 3 crit 3 haste.

For 19's:
Gloves ??
Helmet ??
Belt ??

The stats are randomized for each class,

Will keep this updated.

Moving on to changes onto 10-19.

There are many class changes due to legion prepatch, but one big change when legion hits will probably make all of you smile:

Disc priest bubble requires level 28, plea has been nerfed. And the Shadow Mend dot ticks alot more, making it a high-risc heal.

For 10's:

The new scaling system has nerfed all classes, but have no sorrow as this will probably be changed later on, this is a HOTFIX item. Which will probably not stay for that long as it was a ''desperation'' fix,

Some of you probably know this info, some don't.

Please don't put any hate comments towards this thread, it's informational only.

Not replying to this thread aswell.

Cheers,

Dexa

Edit:
The gear looks dope,

So what seems to matter is armor type? Rocks and necks don't have armor types so you'd want highest ilvl there.

Mist-Piercing should be better than lower ilvl items that doesn't have your primary armor type either, like LFH on hunters etc., due to higher ilvl. But Heirlooms should be better cause of armor type. And Rogue masks should still be BiS since they're leather armor?

This kinda confirms what blizz was already doing with the white ilvl gear and we noticing stuff. Also armory already started not calculating those into the average ilvl and equipped ilvl.

Thanks for confirming dexa.

Quick reply: White items shall not give an ILVL stat, just like Tabards/Shirts. (Non-Commoncy)

Mist-Piercing will not be usable since it's not an armor-type.

Yes, the mask indeed is BIS for rogues.

Anything else for HeadPiece is LFH, for 29 Engineering Goggles, and other classes use Looms (Exception rogue/cloth wearers)

Great post Dexa!

I'll say I'm really glad to hear we are going back to twinking with actual GEAR and not random bozo banker alt items!

Power Word Shield is being pushed all the way to level 28?? That seems like a very harsh nerf given Plea is getting nerfed too.

Yeah, but plea's nerf is good since dots are still strong, and penance ofc is really op!

Pre patch gear as in the event event and not BG gear.
