Then they should balance the spells rather than place moronic restrictions. The entire spec revolves around atonement now yet the effect isn't learned until later on. How does it make sense?

I think its actually fine with the nerfs, i mean awesome. Ofcourse i'm crying, a disc penances me to 40%, then spams bubbles with 3 sec cds or w/e.

Anyways i'm happy with the changes, less retards. More community and space for new people to enjoy the 10-19 bracket.
