For my setup, I could use the int instead of spirit. I almost never go under 3k mana, and my heals could be more powerful.
I think it depends on class of course, but for Priests I see this cloak with 50 intellect as brilliant.
 
Well that's just karma for getting my bis boots and bracers in two dungeon runs. But I'll give this a week. If it's not patched by then, I'll get one.
More intellect is always better than spirit. Mana regen is just a non-issue anymore. I would use this on caster dps too since the capes aren't that important. The crit enchant is so godly on dps warriors. I'd personally use it on every melee dps, but either way out isn't crazy important.
 
Thelse could you please throw an armory link with your monk tank? :)

Also very nice find, gonna use this on mah monk for tanking, dps'ing and healing :)

Thats my monk, I can see 1 piece I still need to get and taht is teh letherworking legs, havent had the time yet.
Also probably wanna cap mining, so go engineering, leatherworking to start then switch letherworking to mining.
Oh also im probably going to switch my weapons to get shortblade specialisation, and rechant 1 of the weapons with some other chant, unsure right now (due to living steel being changed).
Its says less than 8k hp but there is a 25% stamina boost to BM Monks so I tend to raid with 11k HP.

Dude for 39s this is Huge.

Edit: 30stam, thats a bit over 300hp for a tank. Im sure you could find an armor enchant, 250armor perhaps?

You might want to stay LW for wardrums :)

How is your hit rating? I guess u r using PvP boa shoulders and PvE boa chest? :)
And as you might have heard, I have been asking questions about expertise for 50 monks, as someone said they are being dodged/parried like 80% of the time. What is your experience with this? :)

Well 65 crit would be huge for any 39 :)

I think you need to be honored, and I was honored at lvl 15 I think, with my monk with epic guild tabard, so no biggie :)

But did you actually transfer that char? If so, it's just a kind GM, if not that is a really smart trick and a quite stupid GM :p

Ah Snack yea we get Dodged/ Parried a ton, gets realy annoying. The only realy "stat efficent" expertise piece in the belt. Not sure about wardrums but 300 or so HP from mining is pretty decent. My hit is like 12% atm so im only missing around 10% or less however with the recent change to the living steel weapon chain I believe now would be the time for me to get hit cap by using another 1 of the hit chants.

Yeh but I think linden found out that drums give around 9-10% haste to all party memebers, so it would be good for every raid to have a LW :)

Also, if you are really into expertise the tank PvE boa sword gives a bit :)
 
Jesus christ I only tested Cata chants, so we can get 625 armor + Wrath enchants? Definitely BiS, might grab an hour of time or two just to grab the upgrade.

EDIT: WOAH WHAT CATA CHANTS TOO FUCK ME LETS DO THIS.

Yeah I think thelse wanted to grab it but can't cuz then he'd lose his guild rank.
