This is China Canada should play in normal US realms.

Got this cloak 3 times on my 60 warrior. 56 PvP Power, 65 Crit and 30 Stamina.

Cloak with enchants are now Grandfathered

It now has a item level of 60, up from 359.

For those wondering: The enchant has indeed been grandfathered.

As far as the +30 Stamina enchant goes, the cloak is now iLvl60, and is eligible for the +25 Stamina enchant.
