Icemail Jerkin no lvl requirement

So i just logged in to my account after a looong brake. I noticed that i have a Icemail Jerking epic without a lvl requirement. I this a comon thing or? The ones i look up on ah all have a required lvl.
Sorry havnt played in a while got curious.

It doesn't show lvl once you're above the lvl req. At least that's what I've noticed.

I sent it to a lvl 1 and clicked to equip and it says that it will become soulbound so seems like there isnt a lvl req. lvl 1 twink item perhaps

I have two of them. Here's a picture of my lv1 in case you were unsure still.

Yes, the item is equippable. Yes, the stats work too (note the 12 crit rating on the stat panel in pic).

You can safely use it or sell it as a twink item =)
