Runs get easier over time when you get to know people who are willing to boost trade etc.
Also, DK uses a few trinkets from wrath dungeons (Most notably trail of the champion for banner of victory iirc)
Overall, PVP season 4 is a great start for gearing 70s, if you have the marks of honor to spend.
But running sunwell weekly is the best output for your time spent.
